ARMS UP, KNEES BENT, CHIN DOWN

The first thing to know is how to place your feet. Your strongest hand is placed in the back (rear) your lead hand is up but doesn't block your vision. The ARMS stay UP the KNEES always BENT and your CHIN has to stay DOWN to keep you ready at all times. Hit the bag with the knuckles pointing forward and look where you hit to build your precision. Turn on your hits to engage your whole body and bring your hands back to your face fast. Finally get a matt and finish with floor work like crunches, planks and leg raises to strengthen your body.
