Train with coaches who’ve actually fought. Each class starts with learning a real boxing technique, then builds into fast-paced cardio boxing drills, heavy-bag rounds with gloves on, and finishes with a full-body floor workout. You’re moving, punching, sweating the entire time.

Every session develops technique, conditioning, and confidence — no random exercises, no filler.

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday — 6:30 PM

Morning Boxing

Small-group training designed for adults who want real boxing and a strong start to the day. Each class begins with technical boxing work, then flows into bag rounds, footwork drills, and conditioning to wake up the entire body.

The pace is controlled but effective — you leave energized, focused, and already ahead of your day.
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday — 8:15 AM

Fitness Boxing Montreal

Strength & Conditioning

A boxing-inspired circuit built to make you stronger, faster, and more durable. Each class rotates through stations combining strength training, core work, agility drills, and conditioning used by real fighters.

The workout is challenging but scalable — designed to improve performance, prevent injuries, and support everything you do in the ring.

Schedule: Saturday — 10:00 AM

Kick Boxing Program

High-intensity kickboxing built on real technique. Each class teaches proper punches, kicks, footwork, and striking combinations, then applies them through pads, bag work, and conditioning drills.You’ll build power, coordination, and confidence while getting a full-body workout that actually teaches you how to strike — not just move fast.
