• Competitive boxers preparing for events

Semi-Private Training (2–4 People)

Train with a friend, sibling, or small group while still getting close coaching.

Semi-private training offers:

• Personalized attention
• Shared motivation
• Lower cost per person
• Structured, goal-based sessions

Great for families, friends, or training partners.

• Boxing fundamentals or advanced techniques
• Pad work, bag work, and footwork
• Conditioning, strength, and endurance
• Confidence and mindset
• Competition preparation (if applicable)

• Kids & Teens Boxing
• Adult Boxing Fitness
• Competition Boxing Team
• Special cases (ages 4–5 in 30-minute sessions)
